As our voluntary benefits enrollment begins, I want to thank National Benefits Group for providing our employees with quality products, service, and enrollment support.
I have had the opportunity to work with NBGA for several years now, and the constant trait exhibited by your company has been professionalism.
Words cannot express how helpful and professional all of you have been during this chaotic transition for us. You and your team were extremely helpful in making this happen with such a tight deadline; from the open enrollment meetings, to assisting our employees with signing up for their benefits, running reports, and providing us with vital benefit information, and spreadsheets for upload to ADP’s system.
I was first introduced to National Benefits Group (NBG) several years ago by a trusted Benefits Consultant friend. When the opportunity arose to use them for a multi-site Assisted Living Facility client, I did so, and the results have been excellent. The people at NBG are thorough, strategic, and results oriented as they have worked for my client. The client is happy and I am as well. I would highly recommend National Benefits Group!
Thanks for having NBGA available this year for benefit enrollment. My counselor was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my many questions. Having NBGA here made the entire process so much easier.
I want to take this opportunity to formally thank you and your team for the hard work and dedication you put into making our first experience with electronic enrollment such a positive one. Our annual benefit enrollment process in the past accomplished what it needed to accomplish, but in a resource-intensive, time-consuming manner. You and your team brought the efficiency and expertise we desired for both the Human Resources Department and our employees.
I wanted to express my thanks to you and your team, from National Benefits Group, for the successful completion of our annual employee enrollment.
Since this was the first time we had used this type of enrollment (by laptop computers and not a paper enrollment) the transition went very smoothly. This was largely due to your efforts to have all the information regarding each type of benefit offered to our employees, carefully loaded into your laptop computers before the enrollment began.
Now that the dust has settled from the numerous changes we have recently made to our employee benefits, I would like to take a minute to acknowledge the high quality of service, thoroughness, accuracy, and superior customer relations provided by your company to our organization. Your understanding of our special needs, such as our HIPAA requirements and our need to encode the transferred data, was especially helpful.
Thanks to the superb case management by your team and the cooperation of our HR Staff, 99% of the active employees were able to visit with one of your benefits counselors – quite an achievement. A very positive result was that many employees learned more about certain core benefits than they had previously understood. We really appreciate the service and the great effort you made toward making sure the enrollment ran smoothly and resulted in very little involvement by our benefits department staff. The entire NBG team was professional and courteous, and we commend them on their high level of performance.
National Benefits Group of America (NBGA) will be there for your clients year in and year out. They will help you develop an ongoing relationship with your client that will become unbreakable.
NBGA understands what it means to be a true “Partner”. They are trustworthy and will always look at the big picture. They are my long term partners.
I wish to express my sincere appreciation for all that you have done for me over the last five years. You are someone I can count on to assist me with any insurance questions that may arise. You never tell me “NO” or “I don’t know”, it’s always “Let me check on it and I’ll get back to you”, and you do. I also trust your judgment in presenting me with insurance plans that best fit the needs of our employees.
