We will assist employees in making their benefit selections by providing them with an explanation of each benefit and the appropriate rates. We will meet individually with each benefit eligible employee. We "educate" employees using a professional and low-key approach to benefit communications. We want employees to understand their benefits; therefore we spend as much time as needed in a one-on-one environment.
