Voluntary Life Insurance

We also offer group life plans, AD&D carve-out plans and supplimental group term for large employers.

Disability Income

Our programs can provide protection against disability through illness or injury, on the job or off. Benefit periods can range from 90 days to age 65, both on a group or individual voluntary basis.

Critical Illness

Critical illness insurance provides protection against serious, life-threatening illness such as heart attack, stroke, major organ transplant, permanent paralysis, end stage recal failure, or coronary bypass surgery. Employees may choose various face amounts between $5,000 to $50,000.

Legal Service Plans

Legal service plans are designed to meet the most common legal needs encountered by employees and their families. Plan benefits emphasize preventive legal care to help keep minor legal problems from becoming serious or financially devastating. Almost half the employees who take time off from work do so to deal with problems that are legal-related.

Catastrophic Disease Insurance

We provide voluntary plans for cancer and other dread diseases. Through a wide range of insurance carriers, we have assembled plans that pay employees directly should they encounter one of these diseases. These plans provide benefits where group health coverage usually stops.

Group Coverage

We can assist employers in the design and implementation of both employer paid and voluntary group coverage. We have preferred relationships with several insurance carriers who specialize in the hospital market. Our relationships enable us to receive competitive rates on group coverages. Coverages include basic term life, supplemental term life, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
